Revolut Business is tuna's payment witness, both ways. Inbound transfers land here as they arrive — link each one to a customer (attribution), then settle it to an order (allocation); a payment that quotes its TN- reference matches automatically. Outbound transfers land too, as money out: attributing one to a customer records the refund we sent them (it draws the credit already on their balance, so the credit decision comes first), and a refund is final once recorded. Payroll, suppliers and anything else that is not a customer's money: dismiss it.
