Import duty as a percentage of goods value, by HS code, country of origin and destination. These drive the duty leg of every landed-cost estimate. Search by HS-code prefix or description.

Duty basis

Which rate predicted duty uses when a deal has no opinion of its own. MFN is the third-country rate anyone pays; Preferential claims a trade-agreement rate wherever the origin has one, which requires holding a certificate of origin. A purchase order or an inbound can override this.

Changing this does not re-price existing deals on its own — each re-derives on its next re-predict (a line edit, a booking change, a load), or immediately via Re-predict on the PO.

Estimate policy

Each check guards a leg of the landed-cost estimate at PO confirm. Enforce makes confirm refuse when that leg can't be priced (PP006) — the buyer must fix the data first; Log-only lets confirm through, prices what it can and records a finding for later review.
