Bills

Freight & duty bills — the supplier invoices that cover charges and restate them to actual. A bill spans one or more boats or parcels. Only bills still to allocate are listed — a bill leaves once its allocations equal its net; an under- or over-allocated one shows its debt here (never a refusal).
