The import re-baseline sweep. Pick a bin, then scan each item back onto the floor: product → qty → destination carton. Serials mint fresh and print. The burn-down empties as you go.
No recount in progress
The sweep is done, or the cutover dump hasn't run yet. Recount bins autovoid as they drain to zero.
