What is in the building, what is on its way and when, and how long it lasts at the rate we sell. Each SKU is walked forward a week at a time: stock plus arrivals minus its share of the drain, never below zero. The rate is units dispatched over the lookback, net of returns, or the figure you type; either way it is drained across every SKU in proportion to what it holds, so the total falls by exactly that figure. Dispatch, not orders — stock leaves the building when it ships.

Warehouse activity

Units picked or dispatched each day, by whoever posted the move, net of unpicks and returns. The hour strip is when each person was at it, on the warehouse's clock. Moves nobody was signed in for (imports, workers) are their own series.
