POs
Warehouse days: average days the deal's stock sat in our warehouse, landing to dispatch, weighted by the space it took.
Cash recovery days: days our money was out before it came back.
Pipeline GP / Actual GP: sold / invoiced revenue minus the whole deal's landed cost.
Profit over hurdle: GP after charging the deal's cash at our hurdle rate, 20% per 6 weeks: the least a deal must return, since that's what the cash would earn in the next one. Above 0 = it beat the hurdle.
Normalised profit over hurdle: profit over hurdle per pound paid out, so a small deal and a big one compare on how hard each pound worked.
